It is best to know that this language uses an entirely different way in pronouncing vowels compare to the English language. The vowels play a crucial part in Hangul since it could change a word’s meaning. In Hangul A has a soft sound like there was a letter “H” after it.

O is not always pronounced in a long sound as long as there is no vowel attached to it will always be pronounced as oh, on the other hand EO has the most confusing way of pronunciation compare to other vowel instead of sounding like the vowel E it somewhat sounds like short U sound. Last but not the least U is mostly pronounced like eww or oo. With practice and dedication in no time people could master Hangul.
